In 2005, I worked with Fotini for the first time. In those days, I was between two jobs and worked as an Interim manager myself. I learned that Fotini’s job didn’t end when the contract with the customer was signed. On the contrary, on a regular basis Fotini initiated follow-up meetings with the customer and myself. It was truly reassuring to know that someone was looking after you, just in case. Shortly after, I was sitting on the other side of the table as the Finance Director of The International School of Brussels.

When I needed an interim manager to help with reorganising the finance department and the implementation of an ERP system, I called Fotini because I knew that she would understand immediately what kind of profile I was looking for.
