I met Fotini Efthymiadis, for the 1st time in 2007, for an in-depth interview. At that moment, I had no experience with Interim Management, having worked for years as an employee for multinational companies. She did not only review my past experiences and skills like in a classic interview but she listened to me carefully to learn about me, my personality and motivations. Some weeks later, she contacted me, for a mission at a customer, a major company in Brussels. Before being presented to the client, she gave me a detailed description of the assignment and of the client. She challenged me about my interest and motivation for that specific mission. She was screening consciously the candidates in order to present the ones matching the better the customer's requirements. We prepared the interview together and I was chosen for the assignment.

During the 2 years I was performing this assignment, she regularly organised status meetings with me and the client to follow-up closely the milestones and deliverables enabling all parties to react quickly if needed.

In fact she became de facto "The coach" of the mission, for me and for the customer. In 2010, I experienced again her high professionalism and transparency .
